I now know who Snow Dobby 4 is! It’s Bristi Lea! Cp Agency96’s cousin!  She’s jealous cause I added her cousin ( Cp Agency96) as an editor here! Here’s what she said to me on CP:

I told Cp Agency96 and he told me it might be his cousin ‘cuz she’s jealous!

She said to me to remove Cp Agency96 and add her as an editor and buddy! I would never do that! If you see Snow Dobby 4 ignore her! Oh yea, and I might send an e-mail to CP to delete that penguin! Snow Dobby is my name! If someone sees Snow Dobby 4 they might think it’s me! And maybe to get revenge over me for not deleting Cp Agency96, she might swear to ppl and say I’m Snow Dobby! Who knows? It’s possible! The penguin with the sombrero (under the word “Please”) is me and the penguin with the tour guide hat is Snow Dobby 4! That means that she is more than 45 days old!
